Our rates on shipping and handling
are based on the total weight of your order and of course the location that it is being shipped to.
By filling in your zip code in the space provided
when you view the contents of your online shopping cart the shipping costs will automatically be added to your order, along
with 5% tax.
You are able to view the total of your order before any
purchase is actually made. You must agree and sumit your payment information before any purchase transaction is made
final.
All orders are shipped out the day your payment is
received and cleared through our bank. This process generally takes 24/48 hours for credit card and debit card payments,
all other payment methods may take 2-3 business days to clear. US currencey only.
Shipping is done by standard ground, please
allow 5-14 business days for your order to be delievered with in the US, and 7-14 business days for international orders.
(Items that are hand crafted may take 3-5 days longer to ship.)
All purchases are FINAL unless an item(s)
are delievered to you broken or damaged, if for some reason you receive a broken or damaged item(s) please contact our customer
service by e-mail as soon as possible at dragonmoonshop@yahoo.com . We do require customers returning item(s) to pay the shipping
costs. Once a returned item(s) is approved and received by us we will then either send you a replacement item(s) (if it is
in stock) or credit your account with us for the cost of the purchased item(s). Shipping and handling costs are unrefundable.
Dragon Moon does not pay for any brokerage
fees that may apply for international orders when your order reaches customs. It is up to you as the customer to pay.
